Queens Wharf is a large and unique property that boasts some of the largest floor plates in Wellington, housing tenants such as Z Energy, Soltuis and Fronde.
The complex consists of two separate buildings running north and south. They use different building services and share an adjoining underground carpark.
Special care of the buildings by LT McGuinness Facilities + Maintenance includes wash downs to maintain their exteriors, given the buildings' close proximity to the sea.
We often liaise with Wellington Waterfront Ltd and other key stakeholders about the surrounding area which is frequently used for vibrant public events.

NZX CENTRE
3-11 CABLE STREET

The former Odlins building, now home to tenants such as NZX, was built in 1907 as the head office of timber and building hardware merchants C and A Odlin Ltd. It was strengthened and converted by LT McGuinness in 2005.
LT McGuinness Facilities + Maintenance now provides an extensive array of building services and central plant. The experience of LT McGuinness staff who modernised the building 10 years earlier is a great asset.
