Construction was officially kicked off with a ceremony on Friday morning for the Victoria Lane building, another stage in developer Willis Bond’s renewal programme for the area. Willis Bond director Dave McGuinness said it was exciting to get going on the building, which would be a very resilient residential and commercial addition to the city centre.
