Wellington businesses seeking quality office space should look no further than two new sites currently under construction in the city.
By mid-to-late next year award-winning property developer Willis Bond will have two base-isolated office opportunities ready for tenant customisation – Victoria Lane Office Campus at 161 Victoria Street, and Site 9, at 15 Customhouse Quay.
And Willis Bond director David McGuinness says they’re seeking expressions of interest now from potential tenants for the two premium sites.
