Project Description

Construction of One Queen Street has started with completion due late 2023. One Queen Street occupies one of the most prominent positions within Auckland’s city centre, sitting at the waterfront end of Queen Street with frontage to Quay Street and will comprise a luxury 5 Star InterContinental Hotels & Resorts hotel, with the balance of floors accommodating 14,000 square metres of premium grade office space. A roof-top bar will take pride of place on Level 21, affording guests breath-taking views.
