Blue Mountains Campus is designed to meet the Wellington region’s growing demand for flexible, resilient office and commercial opportunities outside the CBD. The campus can accommodate up to 36,000sqm of large format commercial space within an established park-like setting and offers a master-planned blend of resilient refurbished, heritage, and brand new buildings.
‘Stage 1 is now in progress with KiwiRail and MBIE confirmed as anchor tenants. KiwiRail is taking space in the refurbished Buddle Buildings and also building a state-of-the-art train control room. Government Property Group has also selected the campus as its first site for the Government’s regional hub initiative, with 130 members of MBIE due to occupy the campus in 2023.
