Adam’s background in sports science and health included four years in performance analysis for the Warriors and a stint with Canterbury Rugby. Before coming to us he was in commercial and residential construction for a fire safety contractor around compliance with H&S legislation. A physical fitness fan, Adam has a bachelor’s degree in applied science. He has a special interest in people’s health and wellbeing and ensuring our staff have everything they need to stay safe and well—for instance, that they’re well informed on issues of mental health and work-related stress. He is involved in the HSE of some of our apartment projects such as 30 Madden and he’s now leading the HSE at our Catalina Bay apartment projects. Adam is detail oriented, likes getting down to the nitty gritty and is always seeking to upskill and improve processes.
