Thirty of Bill’s 40 years in construction have been with us and for him it’s been a family affair. He was joined at LTM by his son Kerrin in the ‘90s and in recent years he’s had the pleasure of his grandsons working for us too. Bill has worked as a carpenter, foreman and site manager, and over the last decade has held a dedicated role as a health and safety manager. Recent lead HSE roles have included the Harbour City upgrade, Cuba Dixon projects and the St Pat’s College refurbishment. Bill works well with site teams and is respected for his no-nonsense approach. Bill’s other key role is mentoring younger staff and he’s a great contributor of time and experience to our apprenticeship programme.
