Braeden has a degree in geology and earth sciences from Victoria University, and his first role in the industry was with a specialist asbestos removal firm. Friendly and hardworking, Braeden is a ‘quiet achiever’ who gets on with the job. He honed his quantity surveying skills on some of our big commercial jobs in downtown Wellington, including Site 9 on the waterfront. He has now moved on to become contracts manager at Te Matapihi, the Central Library, a challenging role in which he will look after all the commercial aspects of the job from forward planning and workloads to contractors and procurements. Braeden has a young family and is a quick learner and good communicator.
