After beginning work with LTM at an early age, Dan was soon learning the ropes as site manager on Transpower House, Chews Lane and the Odlins Building redevelopment. Today he is a director and general manager of the family firm that employs over 300 people. He has a Bachelor of Construction (QS) from Massey University, is an NZIQS fellow and an NZIOB member. Dan is also involved in the wider community including St Francis De Sales School Board Chairperson, volunteer at the Home of Compassion, a Trustee of The Star Boating Club Preservation Committee and various construction-industry related groups. Dan has led several major initiatives, such as building community partnerships with groups including the Home of Compassion, clubs and schools, and with local iwi throughout the North Island. We are also committed to social procurement and under his stewardship LTM is on track to become one of the country’s first zero-carbon certified building contractors.
