Daniel emigrated from the UK bringing a strong background in structural steel fabrication and installation. His deep understanding of structural steel and erecting large structures, along with his leadership abilities and enthusiasm, have been big assets on projects such as Takina, the new Wellington convention centre, where he oversaw construction of its complex geometric shape. Dan is now managing Wellington’s largest structural steel project, the Archives New Zealand building with its 3500 tonnes of structural steel. His leadership in this field is enhanced by his excellent knowledge of BIM technology and his strong credentials around planning and health and safety.
