Ed has come to us with a background in carpentry and interior work. A site manager, he’s now developing skills on the structural side. Ed is enthusiastic and passionate about construction and keen to learn. A nephew of long-serving staff member Dion Russell, Ed excelled in a supervisor’s course and he is keen to get the best out of people and promote the company’s values.
