Georgia looked after the design, coordination, and installation of the complex services at Heke Rua Archives New Zealand, a 10-storey building that houses priceless documents and artefacts. It was a high level of responsibility, given she came into the industry in 2019 as maternity leave cover for a front-office manager at LT McGuinness. She was offered a building services cadet role and progressed quickly to become the key services lead at the Archives in June 2024, developing a full 3-D model of the Archive’s services along the way. Georgia, who has degrees in Business and History, has exceptional organising skills and a talent for communicating calmly and clearly. She is considered a great ambassador for women across the firm and was presented with an LT McGuinness Young Leaders Award at the end of 2024.
