Jack is now in Tauranga, part of our senior team who have set up operations there. Prior to that he was involved in various central Wellington projects, notably as lead quantity surveyor on the Rutherford House upgrade, and was a big part of the leadership team on Tākina. Jack holds a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, is a member of the NZ Institute of Quantity Surveyors and has played a major role in making our sustainability policies effective and workable. A bright and well organised team leader, Jack is the youngest of the third generation of McGuinnesses.
