James brought skills gained over 14 years in UK construction when he joined us in 2017. Much of his work had been in London on large commercial fit-outs such as high-end offices and hospitals. A qualified quantity surveyor, James has become a member of our Auckland leadership team and heads our ECI projects. He’s been heavily involved in pre-construction on all our major Auckland jobs and often works with new and prospective clients. James collaborates well with others on a project and his 2021 nomination for a building industry award noted that he is upfront, honest and a real relationships person.
