Originally from France, Jerome had worked all over the world as a chef, including running his own cafes, before he began working for us. He started as a hammerhand/maintenance man and is now doing very well as an adult apprentice. Jerome is very reliable and an excellent timekeeper. He concentrates on the steady stream of small maintenance works but will jump in and help others as needed. Jerome’s a happy, family-oriented character who gets on well with both workmates and clients.
