John has been at the heart of many successful LT McGuinness projects in the decades since joining us as a junior quantity surveyor. His progress from carpenter to foreman to project manager and commercial manager has not only seen John rise to the position of company director today, but it has also given him an extraordinary wealth of experience in construction, design detailing, early contractor involvement, development and all commercial aspects of building.
