Jordy, who hails from the mighty Waikato, joined us after several years in Sydney where he honed his attention to detail on high-end architectural builds. A qualified carpenter who also holds a National Diploma in Architectural Design, he began as an Interiors Manager with us in late 2023, bringing a calm and highly organised approach to the multi-award winning Ngā Mokopuna project for Te Herenga Waka, Victoria University of Wellington. Jordy’s disciplined planning and exceptional attention to detail contributed to an outstanding finish with minimal architectural defects. He later brought his expertise to arguably one of the most important government developments in recent decades, the Future Accommodation Strategy (FAS) buildings for the Parliamentary Service. Jordy continues to apply his strong interiors management capability to complex, high-profile and nationally significant projects. Through his collaborative leadership style and professional conduct he has become a valued support to the wider management team.
