Architectural graduate Josh hit the ground running when he began fulltime with us early in 2025. He already had three years’ work experience on our sites, over summers and one day a week in his final year, as he worked towards a Masters in Architecture at Victoria University of Wellington. From his beginning as an onsite junior, Josh has progressed quickly to take on major responsibility in a housing project in the Horowhenua. He’s a key member of our in-house architectural team that, in addition to offering architectural services, is fully engaged in feasibility studies to assess the buildability of various schemes. Talented and highly motivated, Josh is a marathon runner who also organises the Wellington branch of a global Run Club, leading a weekly run in the very early hours come rain, hail or shine.
