Leon has many years’ industry experience and an especially solid background in big commercial projects such as the 34 Shortland Street tower and Park Hyatt in Auckland. His calm and positive approach was to the fore as our lead QS on B436, a major accommodation facility for the University of Auckland. Leon is originally from China and his cross-cultural ability to show others the ropes and help them to integrate are big assets. He is an exceptional problem solver and a team player, as might be expected from a passionate football supporter. Leon holds a Bachelor of Construction degree majoring in quantity surveying.
