Marianne studied human resources and fulfils a number of roles at LTM. These include recruitment, strategies relating to performance review and staff well-being, and assisting management with business services. Marianne enjoys the variety of work, the challenges and the fast pace. A favourite aspect is having the personal touch with everyone. Marianne previously spent many years with a legal firm in a variety of business services roles.
