In more than 20 years in the industry, Matt has worked in the UK, Caribbean and Middle East as well as New Zealand on many large and complex projects. He’s a big-picture thinker who today leads our projects from inception to completion. Matt enjoys the changing nature of what we do and takes a considered and ‘best for business’ approach to whatever challenges the day presents. Matt leads major projects through ECI and construction, and manages many of Auckland’s operational demands.
