Matt won the BCITO Young Achiever Award in 2015 and today takes a keen interest in developing our apprentices. An empathetic leader, he is particularly well organised and adept at building an excellent rapport with staff, sub-contractors and clients. Matt’s applied these skills from heritage restorations to apartment finishes. He is also innovative and embraces technology to see what efficiencies it can bring to a project.
