Molly learnt about construction from an early age—her father ran a demolition company and she helped out during the school holidays in post-earthquake Christchurch. At 18, she gave up university studies to work for her brother’s asbestos removal company where she gained her A-Class supervisor’s ticket. Molly then worked on asbestos removal at sites ranging from prisons and former air force bases to parliament. Since beginning with us, she’s had a firm focus on cultivating a positive HSE culture, especially on our smaller sites, our managed properties, in confined spaces and anywhere that involves asbestos. Molly is highly personable and gets along well with people. She positively recognises their contributions to HSE and has a knack for making difficult conversations light.
