Nick has played a key role on a number of major projects for L.T. McGuinness over the past 10 years.
He has an extensive background in construction, a passion for health and safety, proven leadership strengths and an ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
In 2024 Nick was was the winner of an NZIOB award for the successful delivery of 44 Bowen street, this is in addition to winning the New Zealand Building Industry Supreme award in 2019 for his efforts leading the team that successfully delivered the Charles Fergusson Tower. Nick is currently the project lead on a $200m project of national significance in central Wellington for the New Zealand Government.
Nick holds a Masters in Construction Management, Diploma in Quantity Surveying and is also a qualified carpenter.
