Pat is a project manager and specialist in construction and technical engineering with 39 years in the industry. He has a Trade and Advanced Trade Certificate in Carpentry NZCB, and skills that range from site establishment and construction planning through to cranage, pre-cast and medical fit-outs. Pat is a natural leader who gets the best out of people. In his first year with us he was quickly into a range of projects including apartments, hospitals, retail outlets, a gymnasium and the ASB Tennis Centre and he’s continued that breadth of work, notably in apartments and ECI.
