It’s unlikely that Richard has ever missed a day’s work in all the years he’s been with us. He’s also extremely resourceful with a great knack for solving maintenance problems others have given up on—hence the nickname, ‘MacGyver’. Richard gets on well with the guys and especially with the tenants, building and apartment owners that he deals with. He enjoys boats and fishing, and is a keen keeper of animals such as dogs and chickens. Richard is good with his hands and a real D-I-Yer. He has built customised push bikes and can always be guaranteed to have some VWs about the place in various states of repair.
