Richard moved to New Zealand in 2013 after gaining an honours degree in quantity surveying in Scotland. He has 10 years’ experience in our construction Industry, notably on commercial projects, interior fit-outs and refurbishments. Richard is very knowledgeable of all things commercial-related, and is well connected to sub-contractor markets and the Auckland construction scene. He is very thorough and considered in how he processes a job’s challenges, and he’s now leading the commercial management of 1 Queen Street.
