Rob, who has a degree in construction management, was a site manager with Arrow Construction before he came to us. He’s also worked as a community police officer so he’s brought a wealth of life experience to his HSE roles. He’s currently the senior adviser for our Auckland team. Rob is very knowledgeable about high-risk roles and has done of lot of research and training on working at heights, work in harnesses, and on rescue plans for crane operations. He holds numerous trade certificates in different aspects of construction such as heights and harnesses, and hazardous chemicals. Rob is a well-liked and personable member of the team and a mentor for younger staff. He takes an educative approach to HSE challenges.
