For the past 18 months Sam has worked on the Blue Mountains campus, a massive commercial and retail project in a park-like setting in Upper Hutt. “He priced it, now he’s building it,” said one observer, who commented Sam’s doing a great job drawing on his extensive carpentry and quantity surveying skills. A product of Scots College, an IT whizz and keen golfer, Sam came to us with a solid background in practical construction. He’s a qualified carpenter with a degree in construction science. Good natured and obliging, Sam worked on big downtown projects including the Takina Convention Centre in his first years with us.
