Steve looks after our Wellington Region workforce group that includes labourers and carpenters. He ensures they have good mentors to succeed from when they first come on board and throughout. Steve also liaises across the company on training and learning modules for our developing staff. Other elements of his role include organising career evenings at schools and assisting with the guidance of our apprentices. His previous experience includes working with young sports people in their professional development. Steve’s role is very people centred and what shines through is his genuine care for staff and his enjoyment in seeing people do well.
