Tanya brings 21 years’ experience working in finance within the construction industry, after spending 10 years on several large construction projects in Auckland then transferring to Wellington to work on what was then the country’s largest and most complex public-private project. She is highly skilled with a great eye for detail in managing payroll systems, accurately processing payroll, and administering benefits, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Tanya communicates well with employees when addressing any payroll-related inquiries and keeps a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Where possible, she streamlines processes and improves efficiency, and she is currently studying towards her Diploma in Business specialising in Human Resource Management.
