Tim, a qualified composite and wooden boat builder, is a site manager with a sharp eye for detail and a great practical understanding of construction. A Cantabrian who has lived long-term in Auckland, he project managed one of our trickiest jobs which involved repurposing an old building on a busy public site over several years. It had a great outcome which is a credit not only to Tim’s trade background and industry knowledge, but also his ability to work well with clients and consultants.
