Wade’s first job with LTM was as a cadet site quantity surveyor at the Chews Lane Apartment development. A quick and diligent learner, Wade went on the be the lead site Quantity Surveyor on the Wharewaka and Clyde Quay Wharf Apartments, both award winners. A quiet achiever known for getting the job done with minimum fuss, Wade has since become a strong site and project manager. Following his outstanding work on the creative campus Te Auaha, which is part of a major urban redevelopment, he’s stepped up to lead the largest and most challenging stage, the Victoria Lane Apartments, arguably New Zealand’s most technical and seismically resilient apartment building. Wade has a great understanding of process and systems and an ability to maintain an overview of all a project’s elements. He is also a keen supporter of social activities, the longest serving member of our social committee and an approachable and respected team player.
